This is actually the most popular custom recovery for MediaTek based devices, because it is available for almost every next MediaTek device and now the recovery even supports UBIFS devices thus making it the best recovery which supports maximum number of MediaTek devices. I have ported this recovery to my tab, Lenovo A7-30 A3300-GV. Again, the touch problem is still there, but fortunately, we can use the volume keys to move up/down in the recovery and is far stable than the other recovery- TWRP recovery which I posted earlier on my blog. This recovery's touch is also broken as in earlier, but if you use it carefully, you can use it.

How To Flash CTR 2.4 Recovery on Lenovo A7-30 A3300-GV
- Download recovery from here and move it to SD Card.
- Install and open RashR recovery.
- Backup the stock kernel and recovery from the application.
- Select Recovery and then From other Storage.
- Choose CTR-2.4_Lenovo_A7-30.img from SD Card.
- Now confirm the flash.
- It will prompt to reboot to recovery. Your decision.
To go back in CTR recovery, like from Backup/Restore menu to main menu, just swipe from down to up on the half right side screen of the recovery!
